About Us
Provisional Tax Finance Ltd is a tax pooling intermediary authorised by the IRD, one of the first to be granted approval. We have a proven track record servicing our client's needs since 2007.
Our goal is to simplify payment of tax for our clients, providing:
- Flexibility on timing of tax payments; and
- Lower interest costs compared with IRD or bank alternatives
Our clients range from sole traders to publicly listed companies. Our products can be accessed directly by business owners or by their accountants on behalf.
For your protection, PTF’s Tax Pooling account with the IRD and client bank accounts are administered by Covenant Trustee Services. You can read more about our trustee here.
