Provisional Tax Finance Ltd is a company which specialises in financing provisional tax payments and Tax Pooling.
In 2003 legislation was passed implementing what is known as the Tax Pooling regime. The new law aimed to give taxpayers greater flexibility in paying their provisional tax through products offered by companies like Provisional Tax Finance Ltd.
Provisional Tax Finance Ltd has been approved by Inland Revenue to act as a provisional tax Intermediary.

Jeff Greenslade
Jeff is a director of Provisional Tax Finance Ltd and is based in Auckland. Jeff was formerly a senior executive in the ANZ Banking Group with 20 years of banking experience and until 2006 was Managing-Director of Corporate & Commercial Banking for ANZ National Bank. In this role he was responsible for the provision of a wide range of financial services to New Zealand businesses. Prior to that, he held a number of senior positions in the Institutional and Capital Markets areas of the National Bank of New Zealand and its subsidiary Southpac. Jeff graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Laws and was a solicitor with Bell Gully & Co for just under 3 years before becoming a banker.
 Kerry Brew
Kerry is also a director of Provisional Tax Finance Ltd. Until April 2008 he was based in London and was a director in the fixed income division of leading global investment bank Credit Suisse. In that role he focused on the provision of financial products for financial institutions and large corporate entities in Southern and Eastern Europe. Prior to taking up a job in the UK in 2004, Kerry was a Director in the Corporate & Commercial Banking division of the National Bank of New Zealand, which he joined in 1998. Before he joined the National Bank he worked in the Corporate Finance Division of Price Waterhouse in Auckland. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree (Accountancy) from Massey University, a Graduate Diploma in Business (Finance) from the University of Auckland and is a Chartered Accountant.
Provisional Tax Finance Ltd is wholly owned by Brew Greenslade & Co Ltd which is owned by interests associated with Kerry Brew and Jeff Greenslade.
